Imam Ali (AS) said, Take from every knowledge the best of it, for indeed the bee partakes from the most beautiful of every flower, so two precious substances are produced from it: in one of them is a cure for the people, and the other is a means of illumination. (Ghurar al-Hikam – h. # 6943)
“Abu Abdullah (as): “regarding the tree which the man uproots from his house, inside the Al-Harram’. He said; ‘If the house was built and the tree was in it, then it is not for him that he uproots it; but if it was such that it grew in his house and it is for him, then he can uproot it’.” Al Kafi, Vol. 4, h. 30
Imam Ali (AS) said, “Seeking to consult with someone is guidance in itself, and the one who suffices himself with his own opinion endangers himself” (scale of wisdom h. 3392).
Prophet Moses (AS) said, “O Lord who are those whom You will shade under the Shade of Your Throne on the Day when no shade will avail other than Your Shade?’ He said, Allah Almighty revealed, “Those with pure hearts” (Scale of Wisdom H. 5320)
and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; (Qur’an 79:29)
From Allah nothing is hidden in heaven and earth (Qur’an 3:5)
Allah, there is no god but Hu, the Living, the Everlasting (Qur’an 3:2)
To each is a goal to which Allah turns each; then strive together. Towards all that is good. Wheresoever you are, Allah will bring you together. For Allah has power over all things. (Qur’an 2:148)
It is mentioned in the narrations that the holy month of Ramadan is the spring of hearts, the spring of the Holy Qur’an. This does not refer to that heart which is in our chest, or the heart behind the ribs of our chest, but instead that heart which is of our soul, that which is the true and sensational heart of the human being. This heart of the soul passes through different seasons as well – spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
