delusion غرور
Imam Ali (AS) said, “The soul’s (nafs) trust in this world (dunya) is one of the greatest delusions ” (scale of wisdom h. #4760)
Note: The Qur’an uses the word dunya for the world, and ard for land or the physical (living) created earth. Dunya includes human and societal material ambitions that Islamic teachings caution against, but encourages using our time here to achieve our human potential. There are numerous references to Ard in both the Qur’an and hadith, and humans are called to reflect on earth’s beauty, balance, and signs.

Imam Zayn al-Abidin (AS) said: “The most grateful among you to Allah is one who is most grateful towards the people (al-nas).” (scale of wisdom h. #3337)
seedling
The Prophet (peace and blessing on him and his family) said, “When the Last Hour comes, if any of you happens to be holding a seedling in his hand, then if he is able to, let him not stand until he has planted it.” (scale of wisdom, h. #3209)
khair خير
Imam Ali (AS) said: “Goodness does not lie in the increase of your wealth and of your progeny, goodness lies in the increase of your knowledge and heightening of your clemency…” (scale of wisdom, h. # 2042)
